School base Health Screening and Provision of Assestive Devices

Eye (Vision) Screening — Checks visual acuity using a Snellen/E-chart to identify refractive errors and other vision problems affecting a child's ability to see the board or read clearly. Ear (Hearing) Screening — Uses whisper test, tuning fork, and otoscopic examination (followed by audiometer confirmation where needed) to detect hearing loss or ear infections that may hinder classroom learning. Mobility (Physical) Screening — Observes gait, posture, and functional movement to identify children with physical impairments who may need a wheelchair or other mobility aid.
